Cerex System 48 Pressure Processor II
The CEREX SYSTEM 48 PRESSURE PROCESSOR II has all the capabilities of the original version with the following added improvements.
  • Pressure Regulated Rotometer. This feature allows for precise control of application flow down to 0.5ml/min.
  • Max Flow Pressure to 100psig. The increased pressure capability allows for improved sorbent drying times by flowing nitrogen at higher pressures.
  • Segmented Manifold. Allows gas shut off to unused ports
  • Optional Heated Manifold. Provides heated gas flow to assist in column drying up to 50°C.
  • Improved extraction selectivity. Achieve 100% drying of SPE column bed without the use of bridge solvents.
  • Fixed platform. Improves SPE column handling and processing.

SYSTEM 48 Positive Pressure Manifold
The SYSTEM 48 Positive Pressure Manifold can accommodate from 1 to 48 columns, of either the 1cc, 3cc, 6cc column sizes. The unit can operate using either instrument air or nitrogen as a pressure source.
  • Positive Pressure manifold provides uniform flow for all extraction steps.
  • All 48 positions are individually restricted to provide even pressure to each column. Even flow can be maintained if you are using one or all-48 positions.
  • Dual pressure regulators. Allows users to set 2 different pressures for extraction and column drying.
  • Uniform drying of extraction column bed is achieved by flowing nitrogen or air at 25 psi.
  • No luer tip connections. The extraction column tip directs solvent flow for waste and collection. This eliminates carry over from luer tip connections.
  • Simple waste bin. Allows users to separate waste easily by emptying waste bin after each step.

System® 96 PRESSURE PROCESSOR II
The System® 96 PRESSURE PROCESSOR II uses positive pressure for 96 well SPE plate processing. The processor produces the same flow rate in each of the 96 columns arrayed in the 8 x 12 micro-plate pattern. The flow rate is continuous, and response to flow rate adjustment is immediate.
