The Cerex® 96 PRESSURE PROCESSOR uses positive pressure for 96 well SPE plate processing. The processor produces the same flow rate in each of the 96 columns arrayed in the 8 x 12 micro-plate pattern. The flow rate is continuous, and response to flow rate adjustment is immediate.
Positive Pressure manifold provides uniform flow for all extraction steps.
All 96 positions are individually restricted to provide even pressure to each column. Even flow can be maintained if you are using one or all-96 positions.
Dual pressure regulators. Allows users to set 2 different pressures for extraction and column drying.
Optional Heated Manifold. Provides heated gas flow to assist in column drying up to 50°C.
Uniform drying of extraction column bed is achieved by flowing nitrogen at 80 psi.
